This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services offered by College Saarthi® operated by Somya Edtech (OPC) Private Limited.

1. Admission Guidance Services (collegesaarthi.com)

College Saarthi® provides free admission guidance and support to students and parents.

We do not charge any fees from students for admission counseling or university enrollment assistance.

All university fees, tuition fees, and related payments are made directly by the student to the respective university.

University Refund Policy

• Each university has its own refund and cancellation policy.
• Refund timelines and eligibility are governed strictly by university rules.
• College Saarthi does not control or override university refund decisions.

However, for students enrolled through College Saarthi®, we may assist in coordinating refund requests with the university, provided the request is made within the university’s official refund window.

Final refund approval remains solely at the discretion of the respective university.

2. Mock Test Series Portal (testseries.collegesaarthi.com)

Our test series platform offers:

• Free mock tests (limited access)
• Paid subscription-based test packages

Subscription Payments

Once a student purchases a mock test subscription:

• Access is granted immediately to digital content.
• Digital products are delivered instantly.

Refund Policy for Test Series Subscriptions

All subscription purchases are generally Non-Refundable.

This is because:

• Digital access is provided instantly.
• Content can be accessed immediately after payment.
• Intellectual property cannot be revoked once accessed.

Exceptions (If Applicable)

A refund may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Payment deducted but access not granted (verified system issue)
• Transaction failure where amount was debited but subscription not activated

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of transaction with valid payment proof.

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

For test series subscriptions:

• Users may choose not to renew subscriptions.
• Active subscriptions cannot be cancelled once access has been granted.

College Saarthi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of policy violation.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a payment chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension.

Users are encouraged to first contact us for resolution before initiating disputes through banks or payment gateways.
